Jeff & Gina Paglialonga
Jeff and Gina Paglialonga are longtime leaders in Florida’s beach vacation rental industry, with a track record spanning both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. Combining revenue-management expertise with hands-on property renovation and design, they have helped homeowners increase rental income while creating exceptional guest experiences.
Their vacation rental companies have collectively generated more than $164 million in revenue. Teeming Vacation Rentals recorded 25,000 reservations and $35 million in revenue in 2021 before being acquired in 2022.
Following Expedia Group’s acquisition of HomeAway and Vrbo, Jeff championed homeowners’ access to Length-of-Stay (LOS) Pricing, advocating for greater pricing flexibility and stronger rental returns. Often called the “Father of Length-of-Stay Pricing,” Jeff is a respected industry voice and is regularly invited to speak at DARM, VRMA International, and Streamline Summit.
Together, Jeff and Gina have personally renovated more than 355 properties, developing expertise in remodeling for maximum guest appeal and return on investment. Gina has also written and produced guides that teach homeowners how to “ReDesign” their properties to increase rental revenue.
Gina and Jeff also created the Certified Comfort Properties designation, giving guests greater confidence in a property’s comfort and amenities while helping homeowners distinguish their rentals and improve earning potential.
Jared Paglialonga
Is a seasoned vacation rental operator who has worn many hats over his 20+ years experience in the space. Before the age of 30, Jared was managing over 1200 Airbnb listings for vacation rental owners and their property managers across the country. Until recently, Jared has been working as a consultant to help other vacation rental managers find success. He attained the President’s Club Award for his achievements in the field and wants to bring that very same expertise directly to vacation rental homeowners.
