-Secured, under-building parking and elevator for easy luggage transport.
-Tie up boat dock for daytime use only. (No overnight)
- The minimum age required to book our property is 25 years old.
- For security purposes, all booked guests are required to complete verification through Guest Ranger. This includes uploading a photo of a valid government-issued ID (such as a passport or driver’s license) along with a selfie. Your reservation will be finalized once this process is completed.

This Property is Pet (Dogs) Friendly. Read before booking!
We’re happy to welcome dogs, but there are a few important guidelines to follow:
Advance Notice Required: You must notify the management company in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Please include your dog’s breed, weight, and age. The Pet Fee will be added to your reservation. Bringing an unauthorized pet or failing to pay the required pet fee will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee, immediate eviction, and forfeiture of all rental payments, as this is a breach of our Rental Contract.
Dog Size Limit: Only one (1) dog allowed up to 20 pounds.
Pet Fee:
$175 minimum for any reservation up to 1 week
$275 minimum past 1 week up to per month
Not Permitted:
No dogs under 12 months old must be housebroken, neutered, or spayed.
The following breeds (and any mixes thereof) are not allowed:
Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull (any mix), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog hybrid. We reserve the right to decline any dog for any reason.
Rules While On Property:
Dogs must be leashed and restrained at all times outside the unit.
Dogs MUST BE carried in the common areas of the property UNTIL off the premises of the condominium property. This usually means onto the sidewalk in front of the property.
Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.
All dog walks must take defecation off the association property. The city property is usually the sidewalk and away from the property.
Per County Ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach.
Excessive barking will result in eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property.
Service Animals (defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities) and Emotional Support Animals (“Emotional support animal” means an animal that does not require training to do work, perform tasks, provide assistance, or provide therapeutic emotional support by virtue of its presence which alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person’s disability) are welcome. HUD also defines Assistance Animals as “An assistance animal is an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, or that provides emotional support that alleviates one or more identified effects of a person’s disability. An assistance animal is not a pet.” We are happy to accommodate guests with assistance animals, adhering to online booking sites policies and all applicable laws. Florida Statute addresses this in Chapter 760.27, DISCRIMINATION IN THE TREATMENT OF PERSONS; MINORITY REPRESENTATION. We do not ask for documentation for either ESAs, Assistance Animals or Service Animals.

"This property is huge. It was very clean and had everything you needed. Great location as well. The only issues were the dryer took hours to dry clothes. And the unit was stuffy and would not cool down. Otherwise would definitely stay again.

"Our nephew's wedding was at the Hyatt Resort but being an empty nest Cajun Mamma, I wanted my two sons and the youngest son's girlfriend to all be together. This property was perfect for all of us. The floor plan, space and decor was really nice. Beds were comfortable and every one had their own space and bathroom. We had a lil issue with the keyless entry but Heidi got it figured out in no time. Very supportive and concerned staff made sure we had no other issues. The huge living area into the balcony allowed for other family members there for wedding to hang with us watch football and catchup between wedding events. Cajuns like to cook and that kitchen is my dream kitchen! When I cook everyone wants to be in the kitchen and this one fit the crowd in with no problem . Top of the line dishes, and pots, cooking utensils and silverware in every cabinet and drawer. Large pantry for all your ice chests and dry good groceries. I wish we could have had more time as I would have loved to cook a gumbo on the day the cold front came in with the balcony doors open! Every morning drinking our coffee on the balcony the parrots would come and light on the lines in the marina and have their conversations. We were not there for the beach so the marina location logistically worked out really well for us as we walked to the rehearsal event at the Opal across the street and walked to wedding at the Hyatt 2 blocks over with trolleys taking us to and from reception at Island Way grill. The weather was great! Jeff and Gina have other properties in the area and they sure know how to pick em and decorate them. We made a pack to do more destination vacations as a family and we definitely want to come back to Clearwater area so maybe we try Pipers Run 8 on the Indian Shores beach next time. I'm the condo picker for all our vacations and my husband says I nailed it on this one. Thank you Jeff and Gina for providing us a wonderful experience we will never forget.

"We stayed 3 weeks and had an amazing time. Jeff and Gina were very responsive when necessary and the condo was just as described. It was so easy to walk to the beach or local restaurants and shops nearby. Deliveries were not an issue either if you needed something from doordash or amazon. The view was amazing and anything you needed was pretty much provided - plenty of dishes and cookware as well as beach towels and beach amenities. It felt just like home for the 3 weeks we stayed here!

"We enjoyed our stay with two 17 year old boys, our early 20's daughter and her boyfriend. Loved having three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Kitchen and living area were so spacious and well equipped. Only issue of the entire week was the dryer stopped heating. Hosts were quick to respond and repairman came the same day. We hope to stay here again next summer.

"This location was top notch in terms of ease of getting to the beach, shops, food and entertainment. Pool was clean and nice for windy beach days. Pool was in shade much of the day but chairs were in plenty of sun. Available pool and beach items were perfect. The place itself was immaculate and had everything you need to enjoy your stay care free. The views from the balcony were perfect. Beds were comfortable as was all the furniture. Everything worked electronic and kitchen wise. Decor was so beautiful. I would recommend anyone stay here. It's beyond words and description.

"WOW! Thank you Jeff and Gina for allowing us to vacation at your place. It was absolutely beautiful! Even better than the pictures. The condo was huge, clean, organized and had every amenity you could imagine. They had beautiful, coastal decor throughout and a gorgeous patio with comfy furniture. They even had some snacks and drinks waiting for us in the unit when we showed up. That was a nice surprise! The location is amazing! It's close to everything. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping… parking is easy and safe, but you don't even need a vehicle because everything is walkable. They also provided towels, beach chairs, coolers… They thought of everything! And there is also a clean pool and hot tub right down by the water. We even had a dolphin swim up and visit us when we were by the pool! We had a wonderful vacation! We can't wait to come back :-)

"If you're reading the reviews wondering if you should stay at Jeff and Gina's, you can stop reading now and just book! This place was amazing, it's even more beautiful than the photos, very clean, close to everything and was well stocked! I'd like to thank Jeff and Gina for a wonderful stay, our other stay was canceled 10 days before we were expected to travel due to damage from the hurricane, therefore, I was in a scramble to find another place for the 5 of us. I typically like to do thorough research before booking but considering the circumstances, I had to book quickly, and we couldn't have had a better experience, as the saying goes, everything happens for a reason and this place was wonderful!! Thanks so much! We will definitely be visiting again!

"This VRBO is top notch! Everything under the owners control was superb! We especially enjoyed the beach chairs, beach tent, sand toys, etc. Everything you need is there! The problem was, our reservation was after the hurricanes went through. Pool was closed, parts of the beach were closed, many businesses were closed. I definitely recommend renting this place, however it might be best to wait a few weeks/months.

"We had a wonderful stay at JeffandGina's property in Clearwater Beach. The condo was spacious and decorated beautifully. Everything you could possibly need was in this condo! It felt like home. "I'll say this about the property it does not match the description. It is BETTER!! My family has stayed in many many beach condos over the years, this was bar none the nicest. It couldn't have been cleaner if everything was brand new, everything was quality furniture, not cheap beach furniture. (you know the type) Everything was up to date and stocked. I wouldn't change a thing even down to the cutlery. I felt like a million bucks all week. I can't say enough positive things about our stay. The walk is about a block and a half to the beach and in a block the restaurants and shops start. You could almost walk to anything you want to do. I can honestly say it was one of the things I liked most about our trip. It's humongous, the pool was never crowded, we didn't wait for an elevator one time and parking is private and out of the weather. When we stay in clearwater again I will literally plan our trip around when the condo is open. I would absolutely recommend it you won't regret it!

"By far one of the cleanest places we have ever rented. We traveled with my mother in law, who was also pleased, and that is not an easy task!! The condo was spacious and had everything we could've possibly needed. Walkable distance from the beach, could see the sunset from the balcony, and enjoyed being on the bay. The building was nice and quiet, and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We will definitely back!

"Absolutely beautiful condo. My family stayed here for almost a week and Jeff and Gina's condo was perfect for us. The kitchen had all the utensils and cooking supplies we needed and when we weren't able to get the coffee machine to work they responded quickly and even had a new coffee machine to us within just a few hours. The pool was quiet and it was usually just one other family down there. The cabana space was packed with all the water/beach necessities needed. We had a toddler with us so the high chair was a much appreciated touch.

"We were in Clearwater beach for a wedding. This home fit all our needs! It was huge. On our last night we hosted our friends for dinner and had around 14 people over and everyone had a place to sit. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you may need. There were just a few items that we addressed with the owners and they were taken care of right away.

"Our stay at Jeff and Gina‘s place was absolutely wonderful! The condo is exactly as pictured and is stocked with more than you could ever imagine. The kitchen had every appliance needed and already had a ton of pantry necessities to cook at home. The pool was wonderful and most of the time we had completely to ourselves. The condo is walkable to most bars and restaurants and super easy to access the beach. Free private parking was also a huge plus. We highly recommend this condo for perfect Clearwater vacation!

Special shout-out for having both a pack and play and high chair for our little one, as well as tons of beach toys and gear to enjoy. We had a few minor issues that the host was responsive to correct. Would definitely stay here again!

"This property is as advertised. Many extras make the stay even better including beach towels, chairs, sand castle toys, cooler and easy to maneuver cart to help take everything in one trip. The location is great, just 2 blocks to the beach and short walk to Pier 60 hub with restaurants and shopping. It was nice to have a designated covered parking spot on site as well. The condo is very spacious, wonderful decor, beds were comfortable and extra blankets were available. The balcony area is big and the view of the back bay was nice. The pool and hot tub were good temperatures. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. The best vrbo experience I have had!

"Our stay was perfect! This property was clean, accommodating, and spacious. We had 9 people ranging from the ages of 3 to 44. The layout of the house made it feel like each family had their own space. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The only downside was that the hot tub wasn't working which was fine because we were able to find so many other things to occupy our time! You won't regret staying here!

"ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Jeff and Gina left no stone unturned in preparing their beautiful condo for our visit. We traveled with our 16 year daughter, 3 of her friends and 12 year old grandson. There was more than enough towels for teenage girls! We love to cook and we had EVERYTHING we needed for all of the cooking we did. Their condo is beyond spacious. The long dining room table was specious enough for the 7 of us to feast together. The floor plan made it perfect for NOT hearing the shenanigans of 4 screaming and laughing teenage girls. Speaking of noise, the building is extremely quiet. I can't begin to describe all of the extras but if you need it, its highly likely they have provided it. Well done! We will definitely be back! SUPER HOSTS. Thank you Jeff and Gina for providing a beautiful home away from home super convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. Well done.

"This property is far more spacious than we imagined, The furnishings are very good quality and decor is coordinated throughout the condo for a luxurious but comfortable, relaxed feeling. All appliances worked just fine, The property was very, very clean. The kitchen is far and away better supplied with dishes, utensils and silverware than any other VRBO we have stayed in. Would not hesitate to stay again.

"This condo was exceptional. It is beautiful, very clean, and very spacious. It included so many things that made the stay so easy (lots of kitchen and cooking/serving things, beach towels and beach chairs, etc.). It is a very easy 2-block walk to the beach and easy walk to lots of restaurants and Pier 60. Parking is good though we really didn’t need our car. The condo is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths so it makes the stay super easy. The pool is great too. Will definitely try to book there again if we’re back in the area!

"Spacious 3 bedroom overlooking the in-shore bay with an easy stroll to the beach. The owners did a great job making sure they have everything to enjoy your stay. Walking distance to great food, grab some coffee or simply just sit and enjoy the jumping mullet fish in the water. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities. Thanks for a great stay.
